WebThe previously recognized Kyrle's disease (KD), acquired elastosis perforans serpiginosa (AEPS), acquired reactive perforating collagenosis (ARPC), and perforating folliculitis (PF) are now classified under the umbrella term of acquired perforating dermatosis.
