WebThe problem is that there's a lot of actions that allow you to DPS better (Banners, Seraph Strike for healers, etc), a few actions that allow you to heal better (Banner of Solemn Clarity, Lost Cure I - IV), and not a lot of actions that allow you to tank better - only the Lost Incense and one of the banners give actual DR which is very important for tanking.
