It's pretty normal on a Z, especially the first generation if I recall correctly. It should disappear when you have the clutch depressed. WebSep 10, 2015 · Location: NYC. Posts: 112. If the clearance around the splines is too great, the prop shaft will jump around, thus giving you the "marbles in a can" syndrome. This problem was greatly reduced on the C6 Z06 with the LS7 clutch.
